The Environmental Laboratory Advisory Board (ELAB) is managed in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) to solicit consensus advice on issues such as enhancing EPA's measurement programs; and facilitating the operation and expansion of a national environmental accreditation program.

All ELAB meetings are open to the public.

  • Establishing deputies in a small lab setting where there are limited personnel
  • Staff training
