Matthew Sica is a Technical Program Manager with Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc. He has over thirty years of experience in various laboratory sectors including environmental, petroleum, pharmaceutical, and cannabis. He has worked or consulted with testing, sampling and calibration organizations throughout the United States. He has expertise in method development, validation, management systems and regulatory science. He has been in positions as diverse as laboratory senior management, regulatory, consulting and accreditation management. He has presented on technical issues, sampling issues and management systems internationally. He assesses to ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 17034, ISO/IEC 17043, the TNI standards and the DoD/DOE QSM, along with evaluates to ISO/IEC 17011.
