Steve Wendelken, USEPA
Dr. Wendelken is currently serving as a analytical chemist at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has over 28 years of method development experience with the last 26 years being spent at the OGWDW/TSB Laboratory. During this time he has worked as a laboratory director, senior analytical chemist and principal investigator on multiple EPA drinking water methods. His background encompasses a broad number of analytical techniques including GC, GC/MS, GC/AED, LC, LC/MS/MS, IC, IC/MS, CE, UV-Vis, SPE and electrochromatography. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he received a BS in biochemistry and a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry.
