The TNI Proficiency Testing Expert Committee has voted to approve two Interim Standards (IS) that would affect Module 1 of Volume 1 and Module 2 of Volume 2 of the TNI laboratory accreditation standard. Copies of the IS can be found below. A Response-to-Comments document from the Voting Draft Standards is also provided, to explain the changes that went into the IS. Click the links below to download.
In accordance with SOP 2-100 (Procedures Governing Standards Development), this standard is open to a membership vote on July 23, 2015 (beginning 15 days after the IS is posted). Early voting will be permitted; i.e., all votes cast from the date of publication of the electronic ballot form up to forty-five (45) days after the date of its publication will be accepted. The vote will conclude on August 21, 2015. Any votes cast on or before August 21, 2015 (closing date) will be reviewed and considered by the Proficiency Testing Expert Committee.
TNI urges all members to vote on this standard before August 21, 2015 (closing date). You may choose to vote any time between the posting of this announcement and August 21, 2015.
