The TNI Chemistry Expert Committee has voted to approve an Interim Standard (IS) that would affect Module 4 of Volume 1 of the TNI laboratory accreditation standard. A copy of the IS can be found below. A Response-to-Comments document from the Voting Draft Standard is also provided, to explain the changes that went into the IS. Click the links below to download.
In accordance with SOP 2-100 (Procedures Governing Standards Development), this standard is open to a membership vote on October 11, 2015 (beginning 15 days after the IS is posted). Early voting will be permitted; i.e., all votes cast from the date of publication of the electronic ballot form up to forty-five (45) days after the date of its publication will be accepted. The vote will conclude on November 10, 2015. Any votes cast on or before November 10, 2015 (closing date) will be reviewed and considered by the Proficiency Testing Expert Committee.
