Caitlin, currently the Director of Quality Assurance for SGS North America, has experience in both small and large environmental labs, on the bench, and in quality, executive and financial management. She has over 15 years' experience in analytical and environmental chemistry including 5 years in quality assurance and 6 years as lab director. While she has not yet been active on TNI committees, she has been an active volunteer in other organizations, including FSEA, NAEP and ITRC. Caitlin is motivated by a deep desire to make an impact, preferably for the good of others and the preservation of natural resources.

Jack has decades of experience in the environmental testing industry. In his current role, he provides consulting, training, and lab assessment to a wide variety of clients. He has been a member of the TNI Board since its inception and has demonstrated his ability to effectively communicate and educate on many occasions for TNI. He has been the guiding force behind the Assessment forums. Jack has served on many other TNI committees - both standing committees and ad hoc groups formed for specific tasks.

Maria has been a part of California ELAP's management team since 2017 as supervisor of the Assessment Unit. Previously, she spent more than 25 years in the environmental laboratory industry including 11 years as Quality Assurance Manager. She has been an active participant in TNI since 2005 and is the current Chair of the LASEC. Previously, she chaired the PTPEC and the SSAS Expert Committee.

Susan has been employed by the SCDHEC for 25 years where she has worked as an analyst for 7 years, a Certification officer for 13 years, including 3 as the Program Manager for environmental laboratory certification, and most recently as the Division Director for the Analytical and Radiological Environmental Services Division. She has served on the PT Program Executive Committee for over 12 years, on the PT Expert Committee for 6 years and is also currently on the Policy Committee.
Jessica Jensen

Jessica is the Laboratory Assistant Manager at the City of Kansas City, MO water utility. She has over 12 years of previous experience in quality assurance, laboratory analysis, assessment, and data review. Jessica has been on the TNI Quality Systems Expert Committee since 2015 and most recently served as its Chair. She has a BS in Biology.
William Lipps

William is the General Manager for Government and Regulatory Business Development for Shimadzu. He has over 35 years of experience in the environmental testing industry. He is skilled at organizing complex projects and developing products and methods. His experience includes laboratory analysis, laboratory management, general management, instrumentation and method development and marketing. He has written standards approved by EPA in Part 136 and has assisted EPA in workgroups in the revision of methods and regulations. He is a recognized leader in ASTM, participating in numerous committees. He is a Standard Methods JEB and a previous Part 4000 Coordinator. He is on the TNI Advocacy Committee, Policy Committee, and Consumables Task Group. The list of his publications and presentations is extensive. He has a BS in Geology and Chemistry.
Harold Longbaugh

Harold is the Drinking Water Regulatory Compliance Laboratory Manager. He has a PhD in chemistry and a certified professional engineer in Texas, with over twenty years of industrial and government experience in environmental analyses and regulatory compliance. He has first-hand experience in spearheading the process of obtaining the initial NELAC accreditation for a municipal lab and benefited from the continuous improvement process. He has a passion for helping TNI to expand its horizon, as evidenced by his support as a committee member on the LASEC, SIR Subcommittee, Competency task force and the subsequent Credentials Committee.
Tracy Szerszen
Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc. (PJLA)

Tracy is the President of PJLA and the managing director of accreditation schemes and business operations for PJLA's headquarters office in the United States and the branch offices in Japan, Mexico and Italy. Prior to this, she served as the Audit Logistics Manager for PJLA's related body Perry Johnson Registrars, a quality and environmental management certification body. She serves on several international association's committees and boards such as the ILAC and APAC as well as national associations such as: TNI, AOAC and ACIL. She is currently the chair of the TNI NEFAP Executive Committee and has been a member of TNI NEFAP committees since 2011. She has over 23 years of experience in quality management system and accreditation criteria. She has a Bachelor's in Chemistry and Master's in Business Administration.
Alyssa Wingard
US Department of Energy
Alyssa Wingard is a Chemist and Environmental Protection Specialist with the Department of Energy (DOE) Environment, Health, Safety, and Security Office of Sustainable Environmental Stewardship. In her position, Alyssa leads the DOE Consolidated Accreditation Program (DOECAP) portion of the Analytical Services Program bringing over 30 years of analytical testing experience. Alyssa chairs the DOECAP data validation working group, the PFAS supply chin working group, and co-chairs the PFAS working group. Alyssa represents the DOE on the Fluoropolymer Congressional Review Committee. Alyssa continues to chair the Quality Oversight Assurance Subgroup which authors the DoD/DOE combined Quality Systems Manual. Alyssa has a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Virginia Tech. Prior coming to DOE she served as a senior chemist for over 16 years with the Department of Defense providing management to compliance programs including the Overseas Drinking Water Program as well as the DoD Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program.
