TNI has sent comments in on a proposed rule published on February 19, 2015. TNI is making these comments available for others to view and consider. Click here to view. The comments were developed by TNI staff and the Chemistry Committee, and were reviewed by the Advocacy Committee and Board of Directors, but have not undergone an intensive review.
