Proposal to retire duplicate or unused method codes from LAMS

The TNI IT Committee proposes to retire and remove a number of method codes from the list of methods currently published in the Laboratory Accreditation Management System (LAMS) at https://lams.nelac-institute.org. These codes are for methods that already have existing codes in LAMS and for methods that are no longer in use (or cannot be traced).

Affected method codes will be retired and removed on August 6, 2022. Comments or questions about this proposal should be sent to TNI Database Administrator Dan Hickman ([email protected]) within 30 days of the posting of this announcement (i.e., by February 5, 2022).

Audit Sample Program is to develop consensus standards for the manufacture and analysis of audit samples for source emission testing.
on a variety of topics of interest to the environmental measurement community. TNI also hosts two regularly scheduled meetings per year, typically in January and August. Both are a week long and involve open meetings of TNI committees as well as training courses and other special sessions.
